Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CWTD) ("CWTC") today announced the launch of
a cultural festival on April 18, 2007 to boost the tourist growth in the
period from April to July 2007 in Tong Li Town, the business travel scenic
site managed by CWTC through its subsidiary Suzhou Tongli (International)
Excursion Development Limited ("STED")
With a history dated back to 11 years ago, this cultural festival, "Spring
of Tongli" as it is called, has already been a famous culture brand of Suzhou
City. CWTC added flavor to this traditional event by blending the festival
with upcoming events like 120th anniversary of Tuisi Garden, the second China
Tong Li Movie Forum and a photo contest featuring the "Flavor of Water Town".
With its rising fame, the number of the foreign tourists of Tong Li Town
has increased with an annual growth rate of 30% since 2000.
The charm of Tong Li, a 1300-year-old town abounds in tourist resources of
historical and cultural significance is increasingly attracting more and more
people who swarm there to enjoy its peace. Especially the Tuisi Garden, famous
for its well-preserved elaborate design in harmony, honored to have a Tuisi
courtyard set up in the New York Botanical Gardens in 1986.
