(Nasdaq: LTON), a leading provider of wireless interactive entertainment products and services to consumers in China, today announced that it will report financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007 after the U.S. equities markets close on Tuesday, November 27, 2007.
Linktone will host a conference call to discuss its third quarter 2007 financial results at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time on November 27, 2007 (5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on November 27, 2007 and 9:00 a.m. Beijing/Hong Kong Time on November 28, 2007). Chief Executive Officer Michael Li and Chief Financial Officer Colin Sung will be on the call to discuss the quarterly results and highlights and to answer questions from participants. Linktone also announced that it will hold its reconvened 2007 annual general meeting of shareholders on Monday, December 17, 2007 at the Company headquarters in Shanghai. On October 8, 2007, Linktone called to order and immediately adjourned its scheduled October 8, 2007 annual general meeting of shareholders so that its Board of Directors and the nominating and compensation committee of the Board could evaluate additional candidates for the Board.
