Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To develop new business sales across marketing, corporate communications, public relations and/or investor relations segments through telephone, via emails, and through face to face meetings

Senior Finance Manager

Hong Kong

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations in multiple countries, such as accounting booking, payment and collections, billing, cost analysis, intercompany transaction
  • Report business performance on a timely (including monthly/annual closing) and accurate basis to management, sales and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain and improve system of accounting policies and procedures. Ensure the accuracy of regulatory reporting and the compliance of relevant rules and regulations under the local and corporate requirements.
  • Consolidate and analyze financial data (cashflow, budgets, forecasts etc.) taking into company’s goals and financial standing.

Finance Supervisor

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Finance Head to supervise the financial accounting affairs to ensure completeness and accuracy of all financial transactions
  • Responsible for preparing and reviewing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable accounting cycle
  • Supervise subordinate and review daily accounting operations including invoice preparation, vouchers, cheque payments, data and journal entry to Accounting System, sales report analysis etc.
