The Membership Points Redemption Online Shopping Platform under the brand "Future World Lifestyle" licensing by the Group and operated by the Licensee has generated License Fee income of approximately HK$10,000,000 to the Group since its commencement of operation in September 2016. Continuing the favourable growth momentum, the transaction volume of the E-Platform has an impressive growth in October 2016. The Group shall be entitled to a record high License Fee income.
The Licensee-operated "Future World Lifestyle" offers a range of merchandise, from home and living, fashion and accessories, to healthcare products on the back of a speedy and safe Membership Points Redemption Shopping Platform. The License Fee is calculated and paid to the Group with reference to the transaction volume of the E-Platform in accordance with the terms of the License Agreement. License Fees calculated with reference to the transaction volumes are paid by the Licensee to the Group on a monthly basis.
