HONG KONG, Oct. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Central Wealth Financial Group Limited (00572.HK) (to be renamed as "Future World Financial Holdings Limited") is pleased to announce that its Membership Points Redemption Online Shopping Platform has commenced operation under the brand of "Future World Lifestyle" by the Licensee. Based on the preliminary unaudited financial information, the Group shall be entitled to a License Fee income of approximately HK$10 million for the period since its commencement until the end of September 2016.
The Licensee-operated "Future World Lifestyle" offers a range of merchandise, from home and living, fashion and accessories, to healthcare products on the back of a speedy and safe Membership Points Redemption Shopping Platform. The License Fee is calculated and paid to the Group with reference to the transaction volume of the E-Platform during the relevant period in accordance with the terms of the License Agreement. License Fees calculated with reference to the transaction volumes are paid by the Licensee to the Group on a monthly basis.
