The awards, presented by Star Media Group Berhad, acknowledges Malaysian companies that have effectively integrated environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into their business operation with the aim to accelerate the ESG momentum in Malaysia.

This pioneering Gamification program incorporated competitive and enjoyable elements through various challenges and missions. "The successful completion of these challenges enabled staff to develop new ideas, acquire new skills, unleash their creativity and most importantly, cultivate leadership qualities," explained Bernard Chan, Training and Sustainability Manager at VISTA.
The Gamification program, along with meticulously planned projects providing experiential learning and a training ground for emerging leaders, contributed to the development of numerous individuals who spearheaded substantial growth and had a notable impact not only on the staff but also on other stakeholders, including patients, laying a solid foundation for sustained success at VISTA.
