All in Print China 2011 to Synergize the Digital and Green Printing Eras

SHANGHAI, March 22, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Digital and green printing has been regarded as the prevailing trends of China printing industry. The 4th China International Exhibition for All Printing Technology ("All in Print China") will provide the premier platform for industry players from the globe to demonstrate trailblazing technologies, equipment and solutions and to share the most updated insights, experience and information, with a larger exhibiting scale than the 2008 show.

In recent years, China has made efforts to accelerate the implementation of green printing strategies. One of the nine tasks defined by the Twelfth Five-Year plan is to move the printing industry into low-carbon, green and environmental transformation. Last September, the General Administration of Press and Publication signed the Strategic Agreement of Implementing Green Printing with the Ministry of Environmental Protection, which directed that green printing will become the main focus for the future development of the Chinese printing industry, and the printing industry has been taken by the green storm. The development of digital workflow has also been listed as one of the main tasks and objectives in the Twelfth Five-Year plan for the Chinese printing equipment manufacturing industry. Predictably, digital printing and printing digitization represented by digital printing, CTP direct plate-making machines and digital workflows, as well as low-carbon and energy-saving green printing will become the important trend for the development of printing industry.
