Asia Carbon Industries, Inc. to Launch US Roadshow to Meet With Investors

NEW YORK, September 1, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Asia Carbon Industries, Inc. ("Asia Carbon", or the "Company") today announced that is conducting a roadshow in the United States in order to meet with investors and members of the financial community. The Company, whose shares trade in the U.S. under the stock symbol "ACRB", went public through an S-1 Registration statement deemed effective by the SEC in October 2010.

In an effort to increase awareness of the Company and its operation, the following members of Asia Carbon's senior management team will be participating in the roadshow, some of whom will be traveling to the United States:

  • Ms. Yao Guoyun -- Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President
  • Mr. Xiaolong Zhou -- Chief Financial Officer
  • Mr. Meng Chunde -- Chief Operating Officer and Director
  • Mr. Wang Jianjun -- Assistant Vice President - Finance, Director
  • Mr. Michael Segal -- Director
  • Mr. Mark Lubchenco -- Investor Relations

The Roadshow will commence September 7th in San Francisco and end in Los Angeles on September 15th, with visits to the following cities.

  • Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, September 7,8 & 9 -- San Francisco
  • Saturday, September 10 -- Las Vegas
  • Monday and Tuesday, September 12 & 13 -- New York City
  • Wednesday, September 14 -- Orange County, CA (Newport Beach and Irvine)
  • Thursday, September 15 -- Los Angeles
