Livestock Myanmar 2014 Expo is to benefit Myanmar's Feed, Livestock, Meat and Aquaculture, Food Processing & Packaging industries and also features an informative seminar programme with renowned speakers.

YANGON, Myanmar, Jan. 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Livestock Myanmar 2014 Expo is Myanmar's first official feed, livestock and meat industry show, organised by the same organiser of Livestock Asia, Vietstock Expo & Forum and Livestock Philippines Expo -- UBM Asia, the leading organiser of exhibitions in Asia.

Livestock Myanmar 2014 Expo is officially supported by the Myanmar Livestock Federation (MLF) and the Myanmar Livestock Federation 14th Annual Meeting will be held in parallel to the expo. Livestock Myanmar 2014 Expo is jointly held with Food Processing & Packaging Myanmar. Moreover, fifteen Myanmar Livestock Industry awards will be announced during the events. The shows will be all under one roof and act as a gateway to the quality, efficiency and sustainability of the food value chain from 'farm to fork'.

The event will address changes and opportunities in the feed, livestock and meat sectors, as well as address major issues and future trends including regulations, sustainability, health and productivity. It will foster cooperation, technology transfer and investment in Myanmar's animal protein industries from 'farm to fork'.

Livestock Myanmar 2014 Expo will be held January 23rd to 25th 2014 at Tatmadaw Exhibition Hall, Yangon. The event is a meeting point where feed, livestock, meat and aquaculture industry professionals gather to do business. There will be about 80 companies from 13 countries, and 90% of exhibitors are international.

The parallel staging of Livestock Myanmar 2014 Expo with Food Processing & Packaging Myanmar will not only generate valuable synergies for participants in both sectors, but also features an informative seminar programme with international and government speakers. The seminar will address the situation of feed production in the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and opportunities to invest in Myanmar, as well as offer experience and insights from one of Thailand's most successful pig and poultry integrators, and much more.
