Astronergy Solar Announces Establishment of German Branch

HANGZHOU, China, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- With the rapid development of the European photovoltaic industry and in order to provide better local market development and customer service, Astronergy Solar (also known as Chint Solar) has announced that they have invested 1 million Euros to establish a German branch -- Astronergy Solar Deutschland GmbH -- on September 21, 2009.

Astronergy Solar Deutschland GmbH will be located in Munich and will be responsible for market development, technical support, customer service and logistics throughout Europe. Numerous photovoltaic experts at Astronergy Solar Deutschland GmbH will provide clients with the fullest and most accurate technological references as well as expert business consultation. Astronergy's close proximity to their clients will allow them provide the most timely service and cost effective solutions.

Dr. Liyou Yang, the Chief Executive Officer of Astronergy Solar, said that Europe is one of the most important markets in the world for the photovoltaic industry and is a part of Astronergy's international marketing strategy to establish a European branch. Working closely with local European partners will help Astronergy to better understand clients' needs and will provide a clearer vision of the direction of market development as well as allow Astronergy to give the best customer service possible.
