HONG KONG, April 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- According to the Shareholding Disclosure of Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Dr. Sit Kwong Lam, Chairman and & CEO of Brightoil Petroleum (Holdings) Limited has increased his shareholding in the Group through Canada Foundation Limited -- an entity wholly owned by him -- by buying 27,077,000 shares of Brightoil Petroleum from the market between 11 March 2013 and 11 April 2013.
After the shareholding increase, Dr. Sit's shareholding in the Group has increased from approximately 74.49% to approximately 74.80%.
