China 33 Media Obtains CRH Advertising Rights

-To Expand Advertising Platforms for Diverse Range of Customers

HONG KONG, Dec. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China 33 Media Group Limited ("China 33 Media" or the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group", Stock Code: 08087), a leading channel media provider for China's high-speed railway network, announced that the Group has obtained the rights of advertising on the headrest cover sheets, folding tables and poster frames on six routes of the China Railway High Speed ("CRH") trains through bidding.

The Group has signed seven agreements expiring on 31 December 2012 or 28 February 2013, with the advertising companies authorised by the relevant railway bureaus in the PRC. Under the agreements, China 33 Media has acquired the rights of advertising on the headrest cover sheets, folding tables and posted frames on the following routes of the CRH trains: 1) Beijing - Harbin; 2) Beijing - Shenyang; 3) Shanghai - Xiamen (CRH1A, CRH1E and CRH2A types); 4) Guangzhou - Shenzhen; 5) Haikou - Sanya; and 6) Changchun - Jilin. The Group shall pay for the advertising agency fees, maintenance fees and / or media services fees for a total of approximately RMB75.53 million to the advertising companies for said agreements.
