China All Access Signs the Police Multi-Functional Wireless Data Terminal and Management System Project with a Provincial Traffic Management Department

HONG KONG, Aug. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China All Access (Holdings) Limited ("China All Access" or the "Company", HKEx Stock Code: 633), an integrated information communication application solution provider and application service provider in the PRC, has announced the successful signing of the police multi-functional wireless data law enforcement terminal (Jinwutong) and management system project with a provincial traffic management department. This is the first province to promote and demonstrate the technology after the Company has become the industry benchmark for law enforcement platform of national transportation departments and won the bid of the police multi-functional wireless data law enforcement terminal (Jinwutong).  Upon the implementation of the pilot schemes in five cities within the province, this project will be promoted in more than ten thousands terminals within 21 cities across the province.

The system equipped the police with multi-functional wireless data law enforcement terminal (Jinwutong), in which "online law enforcement" could be completed and fine could be collected through Union Pay card on the spot. Moreover, the system can also achieve digitalization from online law enforcement in traffic management such as drivers and vehicles information enquiry, penalty record, penalty notice printing, acquisition of illegal evidence, duty positioning, penalty payment and police management, etc. to penalty payment.
