At the Annual Meeting, stockholders re-elected each of the following nominees to the board of directors of the Company to serve until the next annual meeting of stockholders and until his successor is fully elected and qualified or until his earlier resignation or removal: Changjun Yu, Jizeng Zhang, William Haus, Chun Wai Chan and Jingfu Li. China Nutrifruit's shareholders approved the adoption of the Company's 2010 Equity Incentive Plan and also ratified the appointment of HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2011.
