China World Trade Corp Announces Strategic Partnership With Xi'an Asset and Equity Exchange

GUANGZHOU, China, Nov. 17 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- China World Trade Corp (OTC Bulletin Board: CWTD) ("CWTC") today announced the strategic partnership with Xi’an Asset and Equity Exchange (“XAEE) starting from November 1, 2007.

According to the partnership agreement, CWTC will refer enterprises to use XAEE’s services, including consultancy, enterprise reorganization, merger and acquisition, project finance and corporate finance services. CWTC will entitle to a commission on success base.

XAEE has recently become one of the major tenants of CWTC’s subsidiary World Trade Center Club Guangzhou by entering into a 4-year lease agreement executed in July 2007.
