Consumer Watchdog Site, RatingPlease.com Upgraded Website to Allow for Images

2016-02-22 23:20 1853

LOS ANGELES, February 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- RatingPlease.com, a consumer driven review site which enables consumers to review companies in an open format and have their voice heard, has upgraded its website so it now supports reviews that have images.

The redesign will also see site tips and Do Not Buy lists added, and if the reviewer makes contact in advance will even allow for video reviews. The goal for this site is to build a reputation of providing real consumer reviews that don't have the air of payment so often seen in more popular review sites.

Quite often consumers feel powerless to fight back against poor treatment or abuse because their complaints are relegated to sites which may drown out their voice, versus boost their signal. RatingPlease.com was one of the few websites which enabled consumers to voice an opinion, good or bad, in a format which allows for a full story to be told. It also provides a means for businesses to refute or respond to the review. Unlike other review sites, the consumer does not have to sign up for the service and share their information with others. The consumer creates a review using their online review form, and then posts it.

"We understand that customers often face challenges when dealing with large corporations or companies that have no phone support," says Rating Please spokesperson Kathy Owens. "This is why we are continuing to improve upon our functionality and support. We believe that everyone has a right to have their voice heard, and all businesses ought to listen. You might be surprised."
