The annual summit, held by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), is a global gathering of leading outsourcing providers, advisors and customers.
Doug Vinson, Vice President of Strategy at Pactera and Chad Brady, Senior Consultant in Pactera's Business Process & Outsourcing practice, will deliver a presentation on "Developing Your Organization's Outsourcing Strategy" that draws upon the largest China-based IT service provider's experience gained through servicing Fortune 500 clients' IT outsourcing needs the past two decades.
The Pactera presentation will focus on choosing the right processes to outsource. Vinson and Brady will discuss the business benefits of using a process framework for prioritization and decision making, and the characteristics of processes that are good candidates for outsourcing.
