Report Highlights:

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM): JPMorgan ended lower by 0.79% to US$32.81 on over 53.87 million shares, compared to its average volume of 53.59 million shares. Recently, JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM)'s Bear Stearns unit agreed to a proposed US$275 million cash settlement of a consolidated federal lawsuit filed by investors who lost money from 2006 to 2008. According to papers filed in Manhattan federal court, the money, excluding legal fees, will go to shareholders who claimed the company issued "materially false and misleading statements" about financial results. But the legal fees requested have not yet been specified. To increase investment return, Insiderslab.com refers insider trading data to professional investors as it believes that company insiders like Executive Officers and Directors have a better understanding about the company's prospects. Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT): Microsoft ended lower by 0.41% to US$29.23 with more than 37.79 million shares traded, compared to its average volume of 46.38 million shares. Since a judge refused to end the case in Microsoft's favor, Microsoft and Motorola Mobility have to face a trial on royalty rates on the Xbox gaming system and Windows products. "While the court will not at this time set forth a legal standard with respect to Motorola's duty to offer its patents in good faith, it is likely that any analysis of Motorola's duty will involve, at least in part, an examination of the intent behind Motorola's offers," the judge ruled. Insiderslab.com found company's director Stephen Luczo purchased 17,500 shares at price US$28.72 on June 4. Since insiders such as CEOs, CFOs and Directors have better access to company non-public information, Insiderslab.com thinks that investors would be wise to pay close attention to their stock trading behaviors. Activision Blizzard, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATVI): Activision Blizzard lost 2.60% to US$11.78 with more than 22.67 million shares traded for the session, compared to its average volume of 8.49 million shares. In the past 52 weeks, shares of Activision Blizzard have traded between a low of US$10.40 and a high of US$14.40 and are now at US$11.81, which is 14% above that low price. The 200-day and 50-day moving averages have moved 0.12% higher and 0.46% lower over the past week, respectively. Insiderslab.com believes that it is a clever way to check if insiders like CEOs, CFOs, and Directors in ATVI are starting to buy more company shares. See insider trade report for ATVI here.
