The "China Outstanding Service Industry Franchiser Brand" is awarded mainly based on the level of recent improvement in operations management of the franchise model, feedback from franchisees, and brand reputation during the previous year. The " China Outstanding Multi-unit (Regional Master) Franchisee" is awarded based on quality of service, operational efficiency and financial performance during the previous year.
CCFA is a national non-profit association and the official representative for the retailing and franchise industry in China. CCFA has hosted the annual franchisor awards for the past nine years to honor the outstanding franchise brands in China.
