YANTAI, China, Aug. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Recently, one set of gas sweetening unit, totally self-designed and fabricated by Jereh (Tianjin) Oil &Gas Engineering Co., Ltd., finished lading in Tianjin port and started for Oil & Gas Development Company Limited in Pakistan, making Jereh the first Chinese company that provided a gas sweetening unit for oil and gas field in Pakistan.
The project is located within the extremely high temperature zone of the middle part of Pakistan. The harsh natural environment requires the strong adaptive capacity of the unit to the ambient condition. The unit design is in strict accordance with API, ASME, EN and to the highest international standards. The unit consists of several systems including an amine absorption system, amine cyclic regeneration system, acid gas flare system, a De-min water system, thermal stable salt removal system, PLC control system, fire and gas detection system, and power supply and distribution system.
Jereh provided the client with convenient one-stop services, from the early stage technical discussion, purchasing and fabrication to the site commissioning and operation. In the face of complicated operating conditions and high-level technical requirements, Jereh R&D engineers, through repeated study and calculating & analysis, provided the optimal engineering solutions to our clients, which greatly catered to our client’s design review meetings and HAZOP. This project adopted the “modularized plant” designing philosophy, which reduced site work load and cut down project completion period.
