("Kingtone" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: KONE), a China-based software and solutions developer focused on wirelessly enabling businesses and government agencies to more efficiently manage their operations, today announced that, in agreement with the Audit Committee of its Board of Directors, it has decided to report its financial results on a semi-annual basis, starting with its 2011 fiscal year.
Accordingly, the Company will report its financial results for the six months ended March 31, 2011 in late May 2011.
