Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: KWBT) announced that as of December 19, 2007, local distributors in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region have placed and received orders for 8 tons of "Di Fu Kang (Pu Guang Fu)", as well as 60 tons of Refined Organic Fertilizer. Xinjiang is one of largest agricultural regions of China. This is the first time that Kiwa has sold and shipped these two new products to Xinjiang.
The new products "Di Fu Kang" and Refined Organic Fertilizer were developed by Kiwa Bio-Tech Products (Shandong) Co., Ltd. to meet Xinjiang's soaring local market demands. The production formulas of both products had been developed and strictly tested by Kiwa-CAU R&D Centre at China Agricultural University in Beijing.
According to testing reports issued by Xinjiang Agricultural Administrative Departments, Kiwa's new products have noticeable positive effects when applied on cotton, tomato and fruit crops.
The China Green Food Association also taken a supportive attitude on Kiwa's exploration of the Xinjiang market and is currently in the process of negotiating with Kiwa to promote new products to other market areas under its control.
