MYST Updates Progress of Subaye.com Developments

BEIJING, Nov. 5 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MyStarU.com, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MYST), is pleased to give the following updates on its majority-owned subsidiary’s, Subaye.com, Inc. (“SUBAYE;” http://www.subaye.com ), recent events and growth strategy:

RECENT EVENTS

SUBAYE, the enterprise video web development, hosting, marketing and e-commerce service provider, has seen 9,912 companies become corporate video and B2B members thanks to China SMEs Fair and Canton Fair during September and October, with approximately 4,900 of them being existing members of Alibaba.com ( http://www.alibaba.com ).

SUBAYE has completed the acquisition of Media Group International Ltd. (“MGI”). MGI’s movie product placement business and Subaye.com’s video synergy of large sized companies presents advertising through movies, DVDs, TV and Subaye.com online enables anywhere anytime. MGI also provides more value-added services to the public company users by showcasing on SUBAYE’s Finance Video Channel. MGI also allows SMEs to add their video to DVDs allowing more targeted distribution to audiences, something the very much attracts SMEs to register on SUBAYE.

SUBAYE also recently launched its Finance Video Channel as a section on the portal ( http://subaye.cncspace.com ) of China Netcom Group Guangdong Company called Finance Video Channel ( http://subaye.cncspace.com/cjVideo/ ) in October. The channel is designed to provide official information and third party research reports with video sharing for public companies and for overseas listed companies intent on bringing presentations into the China investment community.

SUBAYE also launched its Products Channel ( http://www.subaye.com/Product/ ) in September, which is designed to drive new business for companies engaged in China’s domestic trade and for overseas sellers intent on selling into China. This channel was successfully presented to exhibitors of China’s two largest fairs, and more importantly is has allowed all SME members to use Product Video to promote on any e-commerce website and this has complemented other e-commerce websites, with most users respecting the enhancement of its performance in the B2B marketplace with increased product views and inquiries. The Product Channel also attracts C2C web shop owners who purchase and sell goods through video online links, to increase sales and reduce purchasing costs for more than 10,000 web shop owners from our business partner X381.com ( http://www.x381.com ), which hosts 10,000 owners of web shops in Taobao.com ( http://www.taobao.com ), qq.com ( http://www.qq.com )and eBay.com ( http://www.ebay.cn ).

Finally, SUBAYE has executed a cooperation with China Netcom, with a lower cost bandwidth and storage fees through sharing revenue of a co-branded channel on its portal ( http://subaye.cncspace.com ), and they also refer their business users to become SUBAYE members.

NEXT STEP

Currently, SUBAYE generates between 550-700 new online registrations per day, 300 of them are existing members from ALIBABA, who is skilled at sharing their B2B video experience to relating parties such as suppliers and customers, who register on SUBAYE directly. Approx 200 users come from Google’s ( http://www.google.cn ) alliance websites. Google agreed to launch the refer program that recommends all its advertisers to become SUBAYE members with benefits from SUBAYE video promotions on Google.

SUBAYE is now discussing with China Telecom, through its business partner Videowl Network ( http://www.videowl.com ) to delivers SUBAYE content to 300 city info portal websites through subsidiary’s of China Telecom’s local operations. Videowl Network is currently running its video box conjunctions of any size for websites without video functions, targeting 1.3 million websites in China.

SUBAYE is also in discussion with Google. Google will create “Business Video Search” on www.google.cn, and SUBAYE will provide content for search results. They will update and report progress over periods of time.

Subaye.com’s traffic is growing fast, currently ranging from 100,000 to 150,000 unique visitors daily. SUBAYE plans to increase investment to marketing and promotion to help push traffic up to 400,000 to 500,000 unique visitors daily in December.
