(TSE: 2337), a global leader providing non-volatile memory solutions, announced that it will continue to take vigorous actions against the patent litigations filed by Spansion, Inc. in the U.S. International Trade Commission ("ITC") and the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of California in late April of 2014. Macronix will defend its products and assist its customers in defending such claim of Spansion to demonstrate that Macronix does not infringe Spansion's patents duly granted.
