HONG KONG, June 12 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- As part of MediaMax Sports' Football Legends in Hong Kong series we are delighted to announce that ex-Manchester United player Lee Sharpe will be visiting Hong Kong next weekend from 20th - 23rd June, 2008.
During his eight years with the Red Devils, Lee appeared 265 times, scored 36 goals and astounded everyone when, at the age of 19, he scored a hat trick against Arsenal at Highbury. United won the match 6-2 and Lee cites it as one of the best memories of his career. He also played for England winning 8 caps between 1991 - 1995.
More recently Lee has appeared as a football pundit on ESPN Star Sports, the BBC's Match of the Day, Football Focus and in the UK has become a TV celebrity appearing in various reality shows as a contestant.
Lee will be appearing at several functions in Hong Kong to meet football fans and to help raise money for the KELY Support Group charity.
