BEIJING, April 21 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Telecom Communications,
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TCOM.OB), the Total Solutions Provider, announced
today that its subsidiary, MyStarU.com online education, sold the exclusive
license to a master franchisee - Jointed Vocational Education Programs
("JVEP") in Beijing, an affiliate of the official partner of Beijing Olympics.
The Beijing Olympic Games and Paralympic Games in August 2008 will need
100,000 Game-time volunteers. More than 450,000 applicants have already
registered.
As forecasted, 1 million applicants will become members of MyStarU.com
allowing them to use the online education services in 2007.
