HSINCHU, Taiwan, March 18 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD. ("ChipMOS" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: IMOS) today announced that the NASDAQ Stock Market ("NASDAQ") has determined that the Company meets the Capital Market initial listing criteria set forth in Listing Rule 5505, except for minimum bid price requirement. Nasdaq has given the Company until September 13, 2010 to be in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement.
The Company’s application for this listing transfer was described in its press release dated February 8, 2010 and the receipt of deficiency letter from the NASDAQ in its press release dated September 17, 2009. ChipMOS continues to meet all aspects of NASDAQ’s stringent regulatory, corporate governance and financial requirements, other than NASDAQ’s minimum bid price requirement.
