Higgins joins NetDimensions from Skillsoft, where he managed SkillSoft's EMEA channel partners and served as one of two United Kingdom regional direct sales directors. Higgins' responsibilities will include working with major clients and partners in the region and managing direct and partner sales. He will also oversee the recruitment and development of new partners in areas NetDimensions has identified for growth.
