(NYSE MKT: ONP) ("Orient Paper" or the "Company"), a leading manufacturer and distributor of diversified paper products in northern China, announced today that the Company will file its annual report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission and will announce, through a press release, its audited financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2012 and audited financial results for the year ended December 31, 2012 in the United States on Monday, March 11, 2013.
