Prosperous Agriculture Opens two Direct Sales Outlets in Shaanxi in July

HONG KONG, July 21, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Uni Core Holdings Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: UCHC), an aggressive 'company doctor' and 'incubator' of mid- to large-size companies in China, introduces that, one of its incubated companies, Shaanxi Prosperous Agriculture Limited Company ("Prosperous Agriculture"), opened two agricultural resources direct sales outlets in the Da Wang Town and ZuAn Town of the Hu County, Shaanxi Province, on July 3 and 6, respectively. Together with the outlet opened in the Lao Town in May, these three direct sales outlets have covered the surrounding towns of the Hu County in the Shaanxi Province, ranking top sales in the area. It is expected that the three direct sales outlets will achieve sales turnover of around RMB8 million (approx. US$1.2 million) and a profit of around RMB1.6 million (approx. US$240,000) this year.
