HONG KONG, Sept. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Organised by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), the RICS Awards Hong Kong 2016 is officially open for nominations until 18:00, Wednesday 9 December 2015. Twelve award categories celebrating achievement in different facets of the built industry will be selected by a jury panel comprised of 11 property leaders from different sectors of the industry.
For the fifth year running, the RICS Awards Hong Kong recognises achievements and contribution of professionals in land, property, construction and the environment in the city. Competition is keen due to the high quality of nominations received; a record high number of nominations were received last year.
Led by the Chairman of the Hong Kong Housing Society Mr Marco WU Moon-hoi, GBS, JP, FRICS, the jury panel comprises property leaders representing across the built environment. "The RICS Awards Hong Kong enhances the public's understanding of the broad spectrum and coverage of the surveying industry. It also recognises the contribution of the profession to Hong Kong." comments Mr Wu.
