ShengdaTech Relocates to New World Headquarters in Shanghai

The Company's new world headquarters address and contact information are listed below:

ShengdaTech's management team relocated to the new headquarters location due to limited room for expansion at the Company's old headquarters. The new office space accommodates the Company's management team, administrative personnel, international sales team, technical support team and headquarters' accounting team. The Company's executive team including, President and CEO, Mr. Xiangzhi Chen, Chief Operating Officer and Acting Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Anhui Guo, are based at the new Shanghai office.
