The SC9830i platform, is now shipping in the Samsung GALAXY Tab A7.0" tablets, which are thin, lightweight design with 7.0" models available with LTE (SM-T285 series) and Wi-Fi (SM-T280 series) features. These tablets, designed with Spreadtrum's quad-core 1.5GHz LTE processor, feature a 7.0" TFT LCD display with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, a 5 MP rear camera and 2 MP front-facing camera , 8GB internal memory and 1.5GB RAM, a Micro SD slot and a battery capacity of 4000mAh.
The highly integrated LTE platform consists 28nm quad-core 1.5GHz TDD-LTE/LTE-FDD/ WCDMA/HSPA(+) /GSM/GPRS SC9830i baseband chip, RF chip SR3593S, power management chip SC2723M and Spreadtrum's 3-in-1 connectivity chip SC2331S.
