Under the LOI terms, Prosperity Investments shall acquire 60% interest in TSM TECH CO., LTD, advance significant operating funds to continue and expand TSM TECH operations internationally, pay down current corporate debt, and open 3 new sales offices in San Francisco, USA, Calgary, Canada, and Erfurt, Germany within 120 days.
TSM TECH quality leadership will be expanding its EPC services providing turnkey electrical power plants, energy facilities, and mining solutions.
