SINGAPORE, Sept. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Hearing Solution Company Pte Ltd (THSC), the largest hearing care retail chain in Southeast Asia with operations in South Korea, is pleased to announce the completion of an asset purchase deal to acquire Coherent Instruments Pte Ltd & Resonic Pte Ltd with effect on 1st September 2012, at an undisclosed amount.
Coherent & Resonic has a twelve-year history operating a retail and distribution business for hearing instruments in Singapore. This represents a substantial expansion of its Singapore business unit's capabilities.
This acquisition takes the number of THSC outlets in Singapore to seven, making it the largest hearing retail chain in Singapore by permanent hearing centres.
