SIGEF 2014, An Event Organized By Horyou, The Social Network For Social Good, Announces Keynote Speaker Lineup For Its Upcoming Forum, Taking Place In Geneva, Switzerland

SIGEF 2014 is pleased to announce its keynote speaker lineup which consists of social innovators and personalities supporting social good at all levels: local, national, and global. SIGEF 2014 will be held at the International Conference Centre of Geneva (CICG) during October 22nd - 24th, 2014.

Six plenary sessions and 30 International Speakers will be taking the lead and presenting their views in key subject areas where Social Innovation and Global Ethics practices are making a difference in today's world: Cities of the Future, Socially Oriented Communication for Global Interaction, Innovative Business Models for New Global Ethics, Sciences and Technology for Better Times, Arts & Education for Empowerment, and Beyond Solidarity.

SIGEF 2014's lineup of International Speakers is available online and includes: Richard Stallman (Founder of Free Software Foundation), Reza Deghati (Photojournalist and Founder of Aina NGO), Gaby Castellanos (CEO, Socialphilia and Social Media Influencer), Kate Ahern (VP for Social Innovation, The Case Foundation), Ray Lema (Musician, Composer, and Founder of the l'Université des Musiques Africaines - UMA), Sou Fujimoto (Architect), Mishal Hamed Kanoo (Deputy Chairman of the Kanoo Group).

In addition, eight workshops are programmed to enrich the exchange of ideas and promotion of actions, lead by a diverse group of participants from the private and public sector as well as civil society, academia, and media. Finally, more than 30 Organizations from all over the world will exhibit their work along with 20 Social Entrepreneurs presenting and showcasing their projects for which two prizes will be granted.
