Uni Core Holdings Corporation Announces That Prosperous Agriculture Will Open Three New Direct Sales Stores Shortly

SHENZHEN, China, April 18, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Uni Core Holdings Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: UCHC), a Hong Kong based holding company, announced that Shaanxi Prosperous Agriculture Company Limited ("Prosperous Agriculture"), one of UCHC's subsidiaries, will open three additional direct sales chain stores very soon.

As a leading advocate of agricultural resources direct sales chain model, Prosperous Agriculture is going to open three new direct sales stores in the region of Huxian and Zhouzhi County of Shaanxi Province on top of the current base of three direct sales chain stores. One of the new stores has been completely renovated, another one is being renovated, and location of the third store is being considered carefully. The management of Prosperous Agriculture confirmed that they should be able to meet the target of setting up 10 direct sales stores before the end of this year in order to continue to become the leader of agricultural resources direct sales chain of China.
