Uni Core Holdings Corporation Appointed New Chief Executive Officer and Chief Auditor of APT Paper Group, Limited

HONG KONG, August 8, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Uni Core Holdings Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: UCHC), as an aggressive 'company doctor' and 'incubator' of mid- to large-size companies in China is pleased to announce that, with effect from August 3, 2011, Mr. Wen Wei Ji and Ms. Chen Wan Xiao are appointed by the Board as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Auditor, respectively, of APT Paper Group, Limited, (previously known as Jinlong Paper Products Co., Ltd.), a wholly-owned subsidiary of UCHC.

Mr. Wen Wei Ji graduated from South China University of Technology with extensive government and corporate management experience. Mr. Wen was awarded the title of Township Entrepreneur of Guangdong Province consecutively in 1995 and 1996, and was elected as the Second People's Congress of Shenzhen. Mr. Wen had held various government positions, including the Director of Shenzhen Fu Yong Town Government, Deputy Mayor and General Manager of the Economic Development Head Office of Song Gang Town, Shenzhen. After his retirement in December 2006, Mr. Wen was appointed by the Board of Directors of APT Paper Group as General Manager of Shenzhen Jinlong Paper Products Co., Ltd. and Honilong Honeycomb Paper Products (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd, and subsequently Investment Advisor of UCHC in April 2010.

Ms. Chen Wan Xiao graduated from Jinan University, South China University of Technology, and the Hubei Institute of Technology. Ms. Chen is a member of the Shenzhen Association of accounting and Director of Internal Audit Association of the Society of Auditing, with over 30 years of financial audit and business management experience. Before being appointed as Group Financial Adviser of UCHC in April 2010, Ms. Chen had served various management positions, including Group Audit Manager of Sun Hung Kai (Group) Company Limited in Shenzhen, China (Stock code: Shenzhen Hongji 000040.SZ), and Group Auditor of APT Paper Group in China from 2006 to 2009. In April 2010, Ms. Chen is appointed by Uni Core Holdings Corporation as Group Financial Advisor.
