SHANGHAI, Oct. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- The Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao today announced the opening of its stylish new wine bar, Vine. Located on Level One of the hotel’s Tower One, Vine is designed to cater for the sophisticated business and residential communities of the upmarket Puxi area.
Tastefully decorated with comfortable seating and cosy corners, Vine offers a relaxed and refined atmosphere for guests to enjoy a wide choice of old world and new world wines accompanied by tasty snacks.
A feature of the bar is a glass-enclosed cellar where wine buffs and connoisseurs can select from a range of prized vintages and famous labels, with ratings from Robert Parker and Wine Spectator. Experienced sommeliers are on hand to offer advice and assistance. Guests may also choose an extensive array of wine by glass or bottles from the wine list.
To complement the drinks, there is a menu of world-tour snacks tailored to the different types of wine, each one features samples of signature dishes from the hotel’s various F&B outlets.
Vine will hold regular wine tasting events, monthly wine maker’s table hosted by selected reputable wine house. The bar will also be available for corporate events and private celebrations.
