Welcome back，Happy Children's Day
SHANGHAI, June 13, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- In order to show the care and help to children suffering from leukemia, 8 Holiday Inn Hotels Shanghai （Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong Kangqiao, Holiday Inn Shanghai Downtown, Holiday Inn Shanghai Jinxiu, Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong, Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong Nanpu, Holiday Inn Shanghai Songjiang, Holiday Inn Shanghai Vista and Holiday Inn Shanghai West）sponsored and participated the charity event themed as "Welcome back, Happy Children's Day", which was held at Children's Hospital of Shanghai. All the GMs and representative staff from Holiday Inn Shanghai Hotels attended this charity.
More than 100 children from Shanghai and outside Shanghai who suffered leukemia before but recovered were invited to "come back" with their parents for a re-treatment in the hospital. All GMs and representative staff of Holiday Inn Shanghai Hotels also gave presents, showed their care and brought the festive joy to children in hospital.
During this charity, 8 Holiday Inn Hotels Shanghai totally donated RMB40, 000 to Shanghai Children's Health Foundation. The donation money sponsored children outside Shanghai for their transportation and treatment in the hospital.
