Youzu Interactive Released 2015 Annual Financial Report With Global Games Business Showing Outstanding Performance

SHANGHAI, February 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Youzu Interactive has recently released the company's annual report in 2015, which shows operating revenue of 1.535 billion yuan (approx. 235.469 million USD) during the period of the report, an 81.94 percent year-on-year increase. The net profit belonging to the shareholders of the listed company is 515 million yuan (approx. 79.001 million USD), a 24.35 percent year-on-year increase which also fulfilled the commitment of achieving no less than 451 million yuan(approx. 69.1834 million USD ) of net profit in 2015 in the corporate restructuring plan.

In the integral report, Youzu Interactive's games business showed significant contribution to the revenue. The online games profited 811 million yuan (approx. 124.4074 million USD) with 8 percent market share, a top three among Chinese developers. The mobile games sector saw a boom in revenue with 720 million yuan (approx. 110.448 million USD), which was six times more compare with previous year. Youzu's global business had a rapid development in 2015 and achieved revenue of 770 million yuan (approx. 118.118 million USD), a 137.08 percent year-on-year increase that has kept the over 100 percent growth for two consecutive years.

In 2015, Youzu Interactive's international games business had taken shape under the company's global strategy. The company has branch offices in eight cities including Tokyo, Singapore and Taipei with release network in more than 150 countries and regions including Europe, North America, South America, Southeast Asia and Russia.

In December, 2015, Youzu Interactive was officially recognized as Top Developer by Google Play as the result of the excellent performance of a series of successful high quality games with international themes in the global market.

Compare with 2014, Youzu Interactive has forced several phenomenal game products led by the strategic planning of "IP Management, Big data and Globalization." The most representative "Junior Three Kingdoms" set the records of Top10 in American grossing chart, exceeding 100 million turnovers in 20 days and 160 million yuan (approx. 24.544 million USD) of monthly revenue as well as ranking top on iOS and Android's most popular apps. The game was released to other countries in Asia Pacific like South Korea. Other mobile and online game products like "League of Angels", which has been featured on IOS App store constantly, listed as top10 in the grossing chart in more than 80 countries. According to the latest survey by Youzu Interactive's international online game platform GTA, the monthly active users (MAU) peak in 2015 exceed 13 million with more than 155 million active users. The games by Youzu Interactive were released in over 15 languages in more than 155 regions.

In addition to game products, Youzu Interactive also explored the big data area in depth and acquired Mob, the largest mobile developer service platform in the world. As of December, 2015, Mob platform has developed about 110,000 developer users, covered 3.28 billion mobile devices and connected more than 1000 operation service providers in 212 countries.

Youzu Interactive is directing the modeling, development and distribution of games based on the big data resources from the Mob platform to lower the distribution cost, increase user participation, extend the cycle of games and improve the income scale.
