HONG KONG, Nov. 1, 2010 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- ZZNode Technologies Company Limited ("ZZNode" or ZZNode Technologies Company Limited is pleased to announce that on 26 October 2010, Xinhua Colour (Beijing) Cultural Communication Co., Limited ("Xinhua Colour"), a subsidiary of the Company, entered into an advertising consultancy agreement (the "Agreement") with Shanghai branch of Saatchi & Saatchi Great Wall Advertising Co. Ltd.) ("Saatchi & Saatchi Great Wall") regarding the provision of advertising consultancy services.
Pursuant to the Agreement, Saatchi & Saatchi Great Wall agreed to be one of the advertising agents of the billboards, which are or will be located on the highways in the Hebei Province, the PRC and provide advertising consultancy services to Xinhua Colour. Saatchi & Saatchi Great Wall agreed to recommend such billboards to its clients and act as an agent for advertising arrangements of such billboards. Saatchi & Saatchi Great Wall expects that advertisements on over 30% of such billboards could be placed through it to its clients.
