She specializes in high-profile global offerings and debt capital markets transactions. Ms. Sng joins Fried Frank from Herbert Smith, where she was a partner.

Ms. Sng holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Legal Practice Course from College of Law, Guildford, and a Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence from Exeter College, Oxford University. She qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1998 and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2003.
