NOBU Beijing to Hold Sushi Class with NOBU Founder Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa

BEIJING, Jan. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- NOBU Beijing has the rare honor of announcing that Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, a world famous chef, will be at NOBU Beijing from March 14th to 16th to prepare special dishes for guests, sign cookbooks and hold a sushi class on March 16th.

Priced at RMB 988 per guest, the sushi class will begin with a light breakfast followed by a kitchen tour and sushi making demonstration given by Nobu San himself.

During the demonstration, participants will have the unique opportunity to make sushi alongside Nobu San and sample his handmade creations. 

He will also explain the history and different kinds of sushi, and Nobu San will hold a Q & A session afterwards.

A delicious bento box lunch will be served at the end, and guests will be given a Nobu apron and sushi kit personally designed by Nobu San.

Early reservations are essential, as cooking classes with the founder of the world’s most acclaimed Peruvian-Japanese fusion restaurant are in hot demand.
